Our range of perforated or ventilated trays is offered in drilled and perforated channels. Available in 50 mm lengthwise and a minimum of 25 mm crosswise, the perforated type cable trays are available at widths from 50 mm to 900 mm and are designed for standard support span of 2,500 mm. The perforated type cable trays are made of HR sheets and also from pre galvanised sheets with various thickness and flange heights.

The Ladder Type Cable Trays are contrived with the width ranging from 150mm to 1200 mm & height ranging from 50 mm to 150 mm. The thickness varies from 16 SWG to 10 SWG with all accessories. These trays comprises of two longitudinal side rails connected by individual transverse members called rungs.

Raceways are widely used in IT industries to carry networking cables. There are two kinds of raceways that are presented in cable management:

• Floor Raceways
• Ceiling Raceways

The floor raceways are available with dividers to separate the cables.

The covers are presented in either welded type or screw type. Where as in ceiling raceways, push fit type of cover is offered. These items are either with pre-galvanized or power coated.

Scope

This standard specifies requirements for Fuse Links to be used outdoors on 33 OR 11kV, 50Hz ac system for protection and isolation of substation apparatus and sectionalizing purposes.

IS:9385      :           Specification for High Voltage Fuses

For the purpose of this specification, definitions given in IS:9385 shall apply.

One of the fuse links shall be suitable for a.c. system with a maximum system voltage of 36kV and frequency of 50Hz.

Design and Construction

The fuse link shall be buttonhead single tail type designed and constructed as per the requirement of IS:9385

The fuse link shall be suitable for use in distribution fuse cut out, drop out type.

It shall be high-speed designated type K in accordance with IS:9385

The overall length of the expulsion fuse link shall be suitable for a wide range of fuse holders (fuse carriers) used on 33 OR 11kV system

Tests and Inspection

The fuse-links shall be inspected and tested in accordance with the requirements of  IS:9385.

Marking, Labelling and Packing

The following information shall be marked indelibly and legibly on the fuse link:

• Manufacturers name or trademark
• Manufacturers type designation
• Rated current and speed designation
• Rated voltage

The marking shall be on the button head as well as on the tube surrounding the fuse element.
